Measurements, Pickups, and Returns Measurements: All measurements are to be to the store at least a month before the wedding date. However, if their are any children in the wedding party, either ring bearers or junior groomsmen, we recommend having their measurements taken 3 weeks before the wedding to cut down on growing time. This can also be true for any gentlemen in the party who are planning on losing or gaining weight before the wedding. Measurements can either be called in, mailed, faxed, or emailed to the store. If the attendants are able to come into one of our stores to be measured, great! If not, they can go to any formal wear store in their area to be properly measured. Pickups: Now that the attendants have been measured, it is even more important that they come back and try it on. Fittings are best done with time to spare for any corrections or alterations. Please let us have the pleasure of this by coming back 2 days prior to the wedding date between 1 and 4pm (usually on Thursday for a Saturday or Sunday wedding). Upon rare occasion, we are unable to have all of the tuxedos ready at this specific day and time. For your convenience, please call the store for verification that the tuxedos are available. Special arrangements can be made for a Monday-Friday wedding. Please call a store nearest you for further details. Returns: Now that the wedding is over, the tuxedos need to be returned promptly so that the next group can enjoy their special day as well. Please return all the tuxedos in the party to the store on the next business day (usually Monday, unless otherwise noted by a holiday or special arrangements have been made) by 2pm. Please make sure everyone has included everything that was rented: jacket, pants, shirt, vest or cummerbund, tie or button cover, shoes, and studs and cuff links (on the card).
